Is that a village below the city??? Waterdeep interactive maps says it is. Surrounded by a cool stockade fence. How could I resist?
I am not sure if the little village has a name but there is a tavern in the spot known as the "Dancing Dagger Inn. A merry and lively Inn boasting a resident bard, Trilian Arkalyn, and known as a safe meeting place for off the books 'businesss'."
Does the village have a name?
