So, I bought a 3d printer to help me make all the buildings for the map. If you are not detail oriented and/or mechanically inclined, I recommend you do not go with a printer kit. This one is supposedly one of the best on the market. Well, once I had finished assembly and fired it up it didnt work. And it was probably not only the fact that I had connected a few motors to the wrong controllers... After that it still wouldnt work... And that probably was not due to the fact that I had not tightened the Y-axis belt anywhere near what it should have been. And during the diagnosis the fact that I loosened the carriage so the printer bed was flopping all over the place was probably not the reason it would not print properly on the first 6 runs... Dont even get started on decimal places and first layer printing.... It has been an epic struggle over the last 3 months (probably 10 days) to get this up and running.
