SOUTH WARD HOA!!!

I am kind of excited. Dock ward is just wrapping up. We are at over 2000 houses on the board. The Dock ward had some specific building rules that were consistent across the ward to ensure security and fire safety such as requiring tile roofing. South Ward is primarily going to be the animal pens for the city. As such, there will be certain rules that are relaxed and/or eliminated. 1. Thatch roofs will be allowed and/or common for the pens. 2. Lots of open areas on the 1st and possibly 2nd floor. 3. Stairs and walkways allowed over alleys at a certain height. 4. Some open yards with fencing around them. These are just the ideas that come to mind as I start forming what I want to do with the ward.
