The slide is a super group of 300+ homes in 3 groups of Slut St, Snail St and Net St neighborhoods. Each of the buildings is custom designed for the exact spot it is supposed to be in. So it is important to keep track of them and batches of more than 100 can cause panic when things do not line up properly. This section is more than 1/7th the homes in the dock ward area and probably the most condensed area in the city. The primed pieces are part of the Eel St. which will be completed next. Once I tear/cut the house off it's sprue I paint the bottom edge like stone and glue it to another board for final touchup painting. The painted ones in the picture and due for minor repair and then having the doors done. Once that is completed they are ready for installation on the table. There is an important section of housing along Slut St. because it is a main thoroughfare and one of the small areas that will be visible from the ground up once all the buildings are installed. I put overhangs on these buildings with heavy supports. The fronts will have special attention paid to them.
