Shockingly, this is the last neighborhood of Trade Ward. There are about 20 more buildings in a group at the north end I want to do something special with but not completely sure what.
The buildings are YUUUUGE!!! Butting up against North Ward this is the shopping center for the upper middle class and lower upper class.
